The most important component of our company “Sagrit” is the design of composite materials. We carry out both simple work, for example, technological revision of the project of a part for a specific production method, and complex experimental design and experimental technological developments according to the customer’s specifications. We provide design results in the form of electronic geometric models, drawings, technical reports, technological documentation (flow charts, etc.) made in accordance with the requirements of ESKD and other national standards.
Often attractive design and ergonomics are one of the main requirements for the design results of a fiberglass or other composite material. In such cases, at the beginning of the design, we carry out design projects, for example, in the form of several options for freehand sketches, or electronic models (in a simplified form).
After choosing the appropriate option, in special programs we create a visualization picture with photorealistic elements. We also check the ergonomics of the product using graphical constructions. If this is not enough for choosing a design solution, we make models, for example, from foam or model plastics.
